Is this a good meal plan & exercise guide for losing weight? - bread slicing guide

7:15 jogging and running:
15 min

7:30 Breakfast (193 calories)
2 egg whites cooked
1 / 2 banana
1 slice bread
1 cup of green tea

10:30 Taste: (144 calories)
10 almonds
1 Apple

12:40 Lunch (200 calories)
Integral sandwich with turkey, lettuce, tomato, cheese.
Celery (sometimes)

4:15: Snack (57 calories)
Raw carrots

6 clock dinner (about 200-300 calories)
Tuna in brine or grilled chicken with vegies or soup with vegies or fish with vegies .. this kind of thing ..

7:30 Snack: (92 calories)
1 cup low-fat milk


Is there anything I should change? They are low in calories? You can make adjustments if you like, because I'm not 100% everywhere. Some days I could have scrambled eggs instead boiled.So is a good plan for losing weight?

Also, as a rule by 8 Clock I go to the gym for about 40 minutes on the elliptical burns 500-600 calories and weight training.

You will lose weight on this plan, but the question is, how long? Will you be able to wear it in the long term? This will inject a bit more variety in their diet, and make sure you treat yourself, rewards, or they are more inclined to binge on all foods that have refused. If you had this plan in the next 80: 20 (eg, eating this way for 80% of the time, and treats even 20%) while on your way.

about 1000 calories a day seems to be a good year, but rose in the morning to travel for 1 / 2 hours or 1 hour walk. to be done on a strength training in fitness and cardio circuit, and finally ends

sounds good. You can even have oats BF. try, 900 grams of vegetables per day, excluding potatoes, peas and corn.

No, only very few calories, to lose the most weight to diet, then do everything (and more) again.
